Having lived in England and Wales, as well as the United States and Canada, I can honestly say that I am well aware of what it takes to relocate whether large scale or small. I have experienced countryside and major city living and have attended at least ten schools and post-secondary institutions. I believe this is helpful in relating to my real estate clients as I have first-hand knowledge and perspective. I have been fortunate to have experienced a variety of careers from photography, film and retail design, to owning a small bespoke furniture company. What I have discovered over the past 12 years is that they have all played a significant role in my success as a Real Estate Broker. My knowledge enables me to bring a good sense of proportion and design along with a sharp eye for quality. It also ensures credible presentation, supported by appropriate marketing. All of this has never been more important as markets shift and needs constantly change. More importantly, my integrity goes hand-in-hand with my ethics and professionalism. This is critical in an often complicated real estate market. With the needs of clients being inevitably unique and requiring more than a "one-size-fits-all" approach to real estate, I am committed to my clients in both the selling and purchasing process. I look at the big picture from inception to end. This requires dedication, a tireless effort and an in-depth knowledge for the business.
